Josh Harris is a Senior at Green Hope High School. Harris played JV his Freshman and Sophomore year, and made Varsity his Junior year. Harris is a third baseman, as well as a catcher. He has been a solid defender throughout his career and does his job at the plate as well. Josh will be attending Erskine College in Due West, South Carolina.

1. When did you begin playing Baseball?
“When I was five.”

2. What was the most memorable moment in your high school career?
“The NHSI tournament.”

3. What inspired you or pushed you to pursue Baseball at the collegiate level?
“It was my goal since I was little because I wanted to go to school and play baseball as well.”

4. What schools were you considering during your recruitment process?
“Winston Salem State University, Eastern Kentucky, and Guilford College”

5. What made Erskine stand out?
“They had a close-knit family in their baseball team and that is what I wanted.”

6. Who was the most impactful person throughout your youth athletic career?
“My dad because he was always there to help me practice when I wanted to.”

7. What major do you plan on pursuing?
“Exercise Science”
