Aries (March 21-April 19): As the school year comes to a close, you will feel more than ready for this summer vacation. Towards the beginning of the summer, you will initially savor waking up late, enjoying the extra time on your hands, and lounging by the pool, but towards the beginning of July, a feeling of boredom will sweep over you. Fight this! You’ve waited for this summer for months— don’t disregard it simply because you finished whatever show you’re watching and are running out of things to do. Take up a sport, learn a new hobby, reconnect with friends. If you do your best to not allow yourself to fall into a summer slump, you will find that this may be one of your best summers yet.

Taurus (April 20-May 20): Learn to let go Taurus. Unlike many of the other signs, you may not be looking forward to the end of this school year. Maybe you’ve made many  close friends this year and you aren’t ready to say goodbye, even if it’s technically just for a few months. Maybe the end of the school year marks a larger change in your life. Either way, learn to let go of things that simply aren’t in your control. If something is meant to happen it will. Towards the beginning of the summer, you may find yourself tempted to fall into the summer slump right away. This will only last a short time and by mid June, you will find that whatever you were worried about has sorted itself out.

Gemini (May 21-June 20): Happy Birthday Gemini! This summer is going to be your summer of self-love. Really make an effort to take care of yourself this summer. Exercise, eat right, work on your tan, and just generally keep your life in order. Most importantly, RELAX. Read that book you have always said you wanted to read. Try out that new restaurant you’ve been wanting to go to. Make your happiness a priority. If you focus on loving yourself this summer, you may find that by mid July, you will have encountered a new romantic interest. Your relationship with them has the potential of carrying out into the next school year.

Cancer (June 21-July 22): Happy Birthday Cancer! You’ve been feeling like you need this summer like you need air— and you’re not wrong. This summer has many changes in store for you, but these changes will have positive repercussions beyond whatever you’re anticipating. You need these changes to grow, embrace them with open arms. Towards the beginning of this summer, you will find yourself inclined to take on more responsibility. Initiative is great, but don’t bite off more than what you can chew. Just ride the wave and everything will fall into place. By the end of the summer, you will feel like a new person.

Leo (July 23-August 22): This summer will be a healing time for you. You’ve recently wronged someone in your life. The damage that was inflicted will need time to mend. You should try to right this wrong before summer begins, but don’t be surprised if everything is not immediately back to normal. Whoever you wronged will need time to cool down, so don’t rush it. If you genuinely try to fix the situation, then by July the two of you will be back on good terms. If not, you are at risk of losing this person from your life forever.

Virgo (August 23-September 22): This is going to be a summer full of change. You have spent so much time and energy on school, it is time to switch your focus to your next summer adventure. Be spontaneous this summer and you will be happy and refreshed before the new school year. Be open to new relationships and with a positive outlook you are likely to make very beneficial connections. This will help your career in the future if you let it.

Libra (September 23-October 22): Simmer down, Libra. Towards the beginning of this summer, you will find yourself frustrated about something that has recently changed in your social life. It’s not worth your time or energy, so the best thing you can do is forget about it and focus on the positive things in your life. By July, you will find that a new romantic interest has entered your life. If you still haven’t forgotten about this dilemma, you sure will now.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21): This summer, you will be tasked with the responsibility of becoming independent. Although you may dread this at first, by the end of the summer you will be proud of your emotional growth. During mid July, you will have to make a decision. This will be a difficult at first, but you need to learn how to be decisive. This decision may or may not involve your romantic life. Whatever you choose, it will heavily influence your future.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21): This summer will be the summer of self-control. Do not rush into any romantic relationships this summer, as you may not be as inclined to commitment as you think. Don’t go for the short term benefits, focus on the long term. Like Gemini, prioritize  finding yourself this summer and you will be better equipped to face the next chapter of your life. By mid June, you will arrive to an epiphany regarding an aspect of yourself you were previously hesitant to acknowledge, and you will embrace it. This will have positive repercussions throughout the rest of June and July.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19): This summer, like Leo, you’re going to need to get over something towards the beginning of this summer. Whatever it is, by July it will be the last thing on your mind. Although it can be difficult to let go, just know that things have to change for progress to be made. Towards mid-July you will find yourself being surrounded by new people. Only allow yourself to be surrounded by those who give off positive energy. If you do, the rest of your summer is guaranteed to be a happy one.

Aquarius (January 20 to February 18): Congrats Aquarius, summer is here and you are more than ready! This summer, you’re going to get some much needed rest. Allow a wave of calm to wash over you during the next few months. By July, you will find yourself at peace with universe and prepared to easily tackle any obstacles that come your way.

Pisces (February 19 to March 20): This summer, you’re going to find yourself at a crossroads. You will have to choose between jumping on the bandwagon and doing something that you don’t completely agree with or staying true to yourself and risk having to endure criticism. If you jump on the bandwagon, this summer will be full of sand in your face, sunburns, and food poisoning. If you stay true to your values, your summer will be full of even tans, tranquil walks along the beach, and relaxing afternoons by the pool…choose wisely.
